Why Us?
What does Built On Trust mean to us? We ensure that we are performing the highest quality and trustworthy services with these benefits.Â
1. ASHI Certified Inspectors
All our home inspectors have gone through the certification process created by the American Society of Home Inspectors. We also follow the Standards of Practice that ASHI provides for home inspections as well.
2. Background Verified Inspectors
Everyone on our staff that enters homes is background verified through Sterling Direct, a company contracted with ASHI. This gives our partners and clients peace of mind knowing our employees are trustworthy.
Because 3rd party warranties were not up to par, we created our own 100-day limited home inspection warranty to cover you in your new home.
