My first inspection was very detailed, I was able to make a good decision based on the report. I decided not to buy the home due to some of the issues that arises. I am so glad I went with this company, because today I completed a second home inspection for a different property, and I was so amazed by the difference in the homes quality/condition. I made sure I went with Adam Jones, although I’m very sure everyone else on the team does an excellent job. Adam represents the company very well. He is a super friendly person, and I sometimes sink into conversation so much at times, I forget that we are getting an inspection done. He adores pets which is a plus! You can ask him any questions in regard to the property, and you will be amazed by all the information he can give you.

We used Scott Home Inspection for the inspection prior to purchasing our home. It was a new build and Jason, our inspector, did a great job of identifying a number of items which we were able to show the home builder and have addressed. We requested Jason to come back out for our 1 year warranty inspection. He found an issue with one of the appliances in the home, within the 1 year warranty period, which we were not aware of. No doubt this covered much of the cost of inspection itself. He also identified some other items which we will be able to have addressed by the home builder. I highly recommend Scott Home Inspection.

Our home inspector, Jason, was courteous, professional, efficient, prompt, and easily informative in his way he shared the details of the inspection. For instance, he would explain not only the technical aspects of a certain issue that arose, but he would use language that all of us could easily understand and interpret the problem. Not only was he extremely thorough with his inspection, but he had several recommendations as to what could be done to remedy each issue. He showed all of us the issues around the home that he found when we had further questions, and was patient and thorough in his explanations of his feedback. And, he was happy to answer questions for me about equipment in the basement that I had. Oh, and he had his own heavy duty booties he wore so he didn't track any dirt in the house.
