MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT / PERIODIC
RENTAL INSPECTIONS

We will perform our most comprehensive rental inspection at the time of Move-In, in order to document the entire condition of the property, prior to a new tenant taking occupancy; and at Move-Out to document what repair or maintenance concerns need to be addressed. Keep in mind, you also don’t need to wait for move-in or move-out time. You may want to evaluate your property during a tenancy. No problem – we offer Periodic Inspections for those exact situations!
