Q: What is your cancellation policy? A:We understand that plans can change. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled inspection, a $150 cancellation fee will apply. Same-day cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any completed services, such as radon testing or other ancillary services performed before the inspection, will also remain payable.
