As a home-buyer you can rest assured that our professional ASHI Home Inspectors will report on any concerns noted during the inspection, then afterwards our Limited Warranty will afford a level of protection in the event a concern develops.

- If we perform a radon test with your inspection and the results are 4.0 pCi/L or lower, and another test shows levels over 4.0, then we will pay for part of your mitigation system.

SEWER SHIELD – 100 DAY WARRANTY
- 100-Day Limited Sewer Line Warranty
- Protection from line collapse and leaks
- If we perform a sewer scope with your inspection and no concerns are noted then a line collapse or significant leak develops in the main sewer line, we pay a portion of your repair costs.

- Protection from new visible mold
- If we perform IR Scans with your home inspection and no moisture or mold concerns are noted, then you find mold in a visible, non-hidden area, we will pay a portion of your mitigation costs.

- 100-Day Limited Energy Protection Plan
- Insulation Protection
- If we perform an Energy-Check with your home inspection and afterwards insulation levels are found to be deficient in visible, non-hidden areas, then we will pay a portion of your costs to add insulation to these areas.
